Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within approximately 3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 14-20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
