This actually works here is day one of use it don’t warm up for almost an hr. Then I got hot. My skin wasn’t irritated but it did feel itchy and I wanted to take it off but I went to sleep and tried not to think about it but I do see a lil difference from one use I will give and update after my fourth use. It covers most of the parts of your stomach My video was to long putting it on but the video taking it off and the pictures is before the patch and the after this morning taking the patch off.
